Data, uses and rights
We may process name, email, WhatsApp, city, country, messages, business data, recipes, permitted files, IP, user-agent, cookies and language preference to reply, review, protect the site and send communications with consent. Meta / Facebook / Instagram
Empório Portugal operates a read/inbound Meta connector for its Facebook Page and Instagram professional account (webhooks and profile reads for the internal admin panel). Message/comment plaintext is not stored durably; identifiers are hashed. We do not send replies, DMs or publish posts from this system in this phase. Data deletion instructions: Meta data deletion.
